information is used to link a job seekers qualifications with specifications
provided by employers. We will also use your email address to notify you
regarding updates and services that we believe may be of interest to you.
As
part of our services, job seekers may submit a resume to be stored on-line with
us. If you have done so, you should read the section on resumes (below). We
release job seeker profiles and resumes, only to employers based upon your
selection in the resume block selection process.
Updating
Account Information

provides job seekers and employers the option of modifying their personal
information at any time. To do so, simply log into your NorthernOregonJobs.com
account, go to your profile, and edit and save the changes.
Job seekers and employers are required to contact the management of NorthernOregonJobs.com
should they desire to delete their database from our system.
Resumes
Job seekers have
the option of creating a resume in our database.
Once created and approved, you may select one of the following options in
your account profile:
Employers and
recruiters who pay for the right to use our resume database will have access to
your resume. These employers/recruiters may have retained your resume in their
own files or databases. We are not responsible for the retention, use, or
privacy of resumes in these instances.
